Auctioneer’s Note: This auction will be conducted at the farm. This auction will be live on-site with internet bidding. Pre-bidding can be done at www.HiBid.com. FSA have considered this one farm for many years. All FSA information is estimated. The farm will be logged for all harvestable trees and removed prior to closing. There will be many harvestable trees for future generations. These tracts have excellent soil types. Please call with any questions you may have.

 

METHOD OF AUCTION: Farm will be sold on a dollar per acre basis to be multiplied by the net taxable acres.

TERMS: 10% down day of auction with balance due at closing on or before December 10, 2021. Abstracts will be provided.

ACCEPTANCE OF BIDS: Successful bidders will enter into a purchase contract at the auction site immediately following the auction. All bids are subject to seller’s approval. Your bidding is not subject to financing, so financing must be arranged prior to auction.

POSSESSION: At closing. Farming possession will be March 1, 2022.
